Suncity 101.9 FM is a commercial radio station that broadcasts news, sports, and entertainment programs to Ondo State and beyond. It is owned by LEGBE COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED and licensed by the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC). It has no political bias and aims to inform, educate, and entertain its over 8 million listeners worldwide. Since its launch in November 2016, Suncity FM has won the hearts of its audience and received several awards for its excellence and influence. Some of these awards are: The Fastest Growing and the Most Influential Radio Station (July 2017) by Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo. - Ondo State Media Radio Station of the Year (November, 2017) by Yoruba Heritage Int’l (YOHLA) at their Annual Lecture and Awards Presentation Ceremony. - Ultimate Radio Station of the Year (December, 2017) by Ultimate Movie Award.
